Resumen
The image contains news about the Regulations of the Savings Bank of the Congregation of Artists. This regulation establishes the creation of a Savings Bank for the members of the Congregation, with the purpose of receiving and preserving the fees deposited by them. Members interested in joining must deposit a minimum weekly amount of ten cents. Each depositor will receive a notebook where their deposits, the profits distributed and the amounts received will be recorded. Depositors do not have the right to withdraw their deposits, except in cases of illness or serious need, where the Council may grant them proportional assistance. In the event of the depositor's death, the balance will be delivered to his heirs or will remain in favor of the fund if he does not have any. When the total deposits exceed $50, the Council will place them at interest in a Bank. It is prohibited to lend money from the Fund to any person, and only the Director can transfer funds with prior authorization from the Council. News published in The Institute. August 29, 1888.
