The document establishes a business plan for the production and marketing of agro-ecological carrots in Vereda Pasquilla, Sector Eden, rural area of Ciudad Bolivar, Bogotá is established. This plan is composed of four general studies: Marketing, technical, financial and environmental. In the study of market, supply and demand of agro-ecological carrots for large- cale supermarkets in strata 4, 5 and 6 of Bogotá, frequency and purchase criteria, suppliers and payment policies described. Moreover, in the technical study the process of production, marketing and administration described further strategic planning is developed from a description of internal and external factors, SWOT analysis and balanced scorecard. In the financial study and analysis are the variables that establish the financial viability of the project; decision by indicators such as net present value, capital cost, opportunity interest rate, IRR, pay back and sensitivity analysis. Finally, the environmental study, in which the demand, use, development and / or impairment of natural resources and the environmental impact assessment specified occurs. Based on the results of each study, conclusions and recommendations to guide the implementation of the business plan were raised.
