Resumen
The central theme is transparency, anti-corruption and citizen participation in the regional context, with a special focus on the department of Putumayo. The state of transparency and corruption in the public administration of Putumayo is evaluated, comparing different administrations and highlighting advances in infrastructure and citizen control. The role of the control entities is discussed, reviewing the function of the comptroller's office, the attorney general's office and citizen oversight in the prevention and detection of acts of corruption. A section is made to review the case of Bogotá, where the controversy over the inability of Mayor Gustavo Petro is analyzed and a critical opinion is expressed on the matter. Local problems are addressed in topics such as the lack of payment to health workers, the need to improve educational infrastructure and the importance of citizen participation. At the end, a proposal is made where solutions are put forward such as strengthening citizen controls, improving administrative processes and investment in sectors such as health and education. The radio program "Voices and Regions" is presented as a space for dialogue and reflection on issues of great importance to the Putumayo community. Through the participation of experts and the discussion of specific cases, it seeks to raise awareness among citizens about the importance of transparency and citizen participation in building a more just and equitable future.
