Abstract

Over the years, there has been a worrying increase in occupational accidents and diseases in different economic sectors, which has attracted the attention of different governmental entities at national and international level. With the objective of finding solutions that promote Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), there have been continuous normative updates on OSH in search of the generation of safe environments, and strategies have been proposed that involve different areas of work. Knowledge to develop and implement programs and activities that allow to protect and promote the health of workers eliminating and controlling the factors and conditions considered risky for them and to implement actions that promote a culture of self-care. In this document "Occupational Health and Safety management system design for the Import and marketing company of autoparts HERMAGU S.A.", the key elements of System designed according to the company's own needs are presented in an orderly manner, focused on the improvement of the company's working conditions in order to provide a safe working environment for its workers.
