Modelo de promoción y prevención de riesgos laborales a través de un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG –SST para la Empresa Bucheli Moncayo S.A.S.

Abstract

Work is an activity that the individual develops to meet their basic needs and obtain decent living conditions. To perform their work efficiently you need to be in optimum health conditions, but unfortunately often the worker interacts with different working conditions which may adversely affect, if these conditions are improving their health are preserved, leading to the welfare of the individual and increased productivity. According to the Colombian legal framework on labor protection is required the implementation of a management system Safety and Health at Work for the Company SG -SST Bucheli Moncayo SAS, which guarantees control worker exposure to risk factors threaten or violate their physical, mental and social integrity, thus seeks to provide a safe workplace where occupational accidents and illnesses that may occur by chance or by job action to achieve this purpose minimizing the management system of safety and health at work will consist of the subprograms of Industrial safety and health and Preventive Medicine and labor, the joint committee on Occupational health and hygiene regulations and safety, these will be effective if they are designed according to the needs and conditions existing work in the company and its environment, this is the objective of the research, design a program of safety and health at work to Buchelli Moncayo SAS to be a permanent instrument and continuous planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of interventions for improvement in working conditions and health of employees on all fronts having the company has and under its different and various conditions, which are governed by the legal regulations and use current techniques own safety and health at work in Colombia and the world.
