Abstract

Companies in Colombia have major shortcomings in the processes of preventive management in relation to the occupational health and safety aspects, as well as in the environmental management, these areas are being taken into account by the legislation and not by the policies of The same companies. The company Mas Pixel S.A.S. taking into account the problems that can generate the lack of management in the areas of occupational safety and environmental management, maintains the idea of ​​making a work plan to maintain control and improvement of business policies and the work done by workers. In the diagnosis it is evident that the company has some shortcomings in certain administrative and production processes, which are pointed out and made the corresponding improvements, for the subsequent implementation.
