Resumen
The Chihiza Garden is an urban cultural space that can grow vegetables, tubers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, among other species, which are consumed by the residents of the Nuevo Muzú neighborhood. The Chihiza garden is frequented by elderly people and eventually by students of environmental careers, by nearby institutions, which are made up of girls, boys, adolescents, teachers. Although the Chihiza garden is a space open to the different public of the Nuevo Muzú neighborhood, only a few people work voluntarily the garden requires, being a very small group of people, with little knowledge about solid waste, work the different tasks that the a garden requires daily, empirical taking advantage of the waste that people deposit in the garden, however, they do not have the technical information on good use of solid waste and they also do not have the infrastructure for good waste management. solid duos. For the Chihiza orchard to have sustainability, it must be integrated with the values of organization and community participation among those involved in the orchard, an organization and restoration in garbage dumps is needed, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of a comprehensive management plan of solid waste, in order to be able to have a controlled management of the waste that the Chihiza orchard has. With the help of environmental management students, it is expected that the Chihiza orchard will reinforce knowledge about a (PGIRS), through quartering exercises for the analysis of the different residues that reach the orchard, and the importance of the process of good final disposal. basic concepts of waste separation, generating a better use of these, as well as an improvement in the infrastructure of collection bins for the different types of solid waste.
