Resumen
The thesis titled "Warm-Up as a Phenomenon: Designing the Actor's Physical Preparation Prior to the Scenic Event" addresses the importance of warm-up practices in performing arts as a crucial phenomenon for actors' performance. It starts with the premise that an actor's body is their primary tool in theater, and warm-up routines are fundamental for physical preparation and enhanced performance. The study focuses on exploring the complexities of warm-up procedures, identifying the necessary physical dispositions, and proposing personalized warm-up methods. Neglecting this phase can lead to energy imbalances and hinder the actor's overall performance. The aim is to provide a hypothesis of the variables for the design of physical warm-up in theater and enrich knowledge in the field of Performing Arts. The research is based on the analysis of human body morphophysiology, psyche, movement, physical preparation, voice, imagination, and creativity, considering warm-up as a creative act adaptable to individual needs and the general characteristics of each actor.
