Resumen
The main objective of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), is to seek to have an optimal and safe work environment and environment; where the integrity of the people and workers who intervene directly and indirectly in the different processes prevails, avoiding the existence of unsafe activities. The highlight of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) is the identification of risks and the evaluation of all the elements of the system within the process that contributes to preventing, controlling and mitigating risks, this as a basis for construction of healthy and optimal work environments where the result is a better quality of life for workers. The basis of this work has as its main objective the construction and development of the risk matrix and the quantification that are required within the grinding process of the Association of Recyclers of Bogotá - ARB based on the Colombian Technical Standard NTC - GTC 45, the which allows the identification of risks and characterization to be able to take mitigation and control measures in order to avoid accidents, with this the association can take improvement actions that contribute to having safer activities.
