Abstract

This pre-feasibility study is aimed at the formulation, structuring and evaluation of the development of a Social Interest Housing project in the city of Bogota; this was prepared on a real estate located in the district of Ciudad Bolivar more exactly in the Arabia neighborhood, due to the interest of its owners to contribute it to a construction group for its urbanization and construction, therefore, through the study carried out a concept is issued on the feasibility of marketing and construction of the property.
