Abstract

In the following document the construction of a maintenance plan to a drinking water treatment plant for the condominium located in the municipality of Flanders, Tolima department arises. the problem of drinking water in this area of ​​the country are described, the characteristics of the plant are shown, the process followed by the plant to carry out the purification and basic principles are set to make optimal maintenance for the development of main goal; It became an alphanumeric classification of equipment after maintenance activities were classified according to their nature and were assigned a code followed this a brief description of the main activities, on the other hand, made the resumes were created each of the teams; in which the main aspects (technical data, engine operating conditions) are specified in the maintenance; preventive maintenance plans and guide corrective maintenance were created, the first containing the activities assigned by the team, their respective code, the person doing the same and periodicity, the guidelines contain: the problem, possible failures that may have equipment and some steps that must be followed for an early solution.
