| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de las respuestas sobre providencias que se deben tomar para mejorar el servicio de agua, en la cual se presentan distintas respuestas, en todas se menciona que la academia aprobó la proposición enviada, en esta se pide que se asesore dicha propuesta por la comisión de la sociedad colombiana de ingenieros para el efecto de la capacitación y aumento de aguas. A lo largo del documento se expresan distintas respuestas tanto de parte de la sociedad colombiana ingenieros como de parte del secretario.
