Resumen
Usability in the planning, execution and evaluation of a virtual training is key to achieving effectiveness. Likewise, it ensures the speed of learning dynamics, since it reveals the benefits for the improvement of educational action, specifically, if the participants perceive and feel that they have control over the training resources and access with security and confidence, focused on the applicability. That is why in this new order of knowledge where virtual environments and their usability stand out as a quality in a learning system, where applications, tools or objects are combined that demonstrate the ease with which it can be used, and that provides harmonious options that can be easily remembered and understood so much that it leads to manipulation by intuition among other advantages. The implementation of some virtual platforms in the colleges and schools of the municipality of Riohacha, will reduce the desertion of students, the fear of teachers when facing this type of tools themselves, it would reduce illiteracy and knowledge regarding in everything related to ICT, generating collective contribution to the possible difficulties that the teachers of the educational institutions of the city present in terms of the management and operation of the different virtual platforms. For the development of the objectives, a cross-sectional descriptive research is presented, with a cross-sectional non-experimental research design. In the technique and data collection, the survey applied directly to the population in question and the documentary review were used, in addition, the selected methodology was a plan to meet the specific objectives of the research. The study of the hypothesis and the objectives through the navigation, design and content factors, checks the differences in the usability profile, both in the frequency and in the preference of the platforms, it is important that a management plan is recommended for the directives. training and pedagogical content training to achieve efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction in the usability of the platforms, in this way the occupation that can be given to each one of them will be known exactly. Regarding usability studies, the results are conditioned to the specific use case in which the experiment was carried out, in this order of ideas the recommendations based on the findings cannot be generalizable to all cases either. In order to find more global or generalized results and recommendations, a future work is proposed where usability tests are carried out in different use cases, different platforms, institutions, content, and types of users, based on each specific result. , a general theory can be generated, using the inductive method, which goes from the parts to the whole.
