| dc.description | La imagen muestra una noticia sobre un decreto de policía sobre limpieza, en el cual el jefe de policía del barrio de San Victorino considera que las personas del barrio no han seguido las instrucciones de aseo y por ello deben tener en cuenta las recomendaciones ya hechas, como blanquear el frente de sus casas, limpien los edificios de piedra y los dueños de cerdos u otros animales deberán mantenerlos amarrados, esto lo podrán hacer hasta el día 20 y los que no lo hagan hasta la fecha deberán pagar una multa de 10 pesos.
