Análisis de tecnologías, estándares de accesibilidad web y móvil que contribuyan a la movilidad de personas con discapacidad visual

Abstract

This research is aimed at people with blindness or visual impairment, with the latter we refer to conditions characterized by a total or very serious limitation of visual function, this visual impairment can be a blindness or visual impairment where blindness occurs in people who do not see anything at all or only have a slight perception of light (They may be able to distinguish between light and dark, but not the shape of the objects), on the other hand, they are people with visual impairment those who with the best possible correction could see or distinguish, although with great difficulty, some objects at a short distance [1]. The purpose of this research is focused on solving a specific need for people with blindness or visual impairment to move around urban areas, through the identification of the current technologies that serve for that purpose and additionally to reach a conclusion of how many of the web and mobile accessibility standards are being applied in applications or technologies that help with mobility for people with visual disabilities.
