Resumen
The image contains a news story about the activities of the Congregation of Saint Joseph in Bogotá, founded in 1891. It highlights the celebration of a feast day in honor of Saint Ignatius, which included a solemn Mass with the participation of Monsignor Sibilia and an outstanding musical contribution from professors at the National Academy of Music. It also highlights the use of an image of Saint Joseph during the event and the collaboration of the congregants. There was a consecration of the members of the Congregation, prayers led by Father Borda, and later, the Holy Rosary and a lecture by Father Vargas, director of the Congregation of Saint Joseph. The importance of belonging to this congregation, which seeks to mold Christians in their faith and customs, is emphasized. The day concluded with a blessing with the Blessed Sacrament. This story was published in El Mensajero del Corazón de María on July 18, 1894.
