Resumen
This project is based on supporting the Planning Secretariat of the Government of Cundinamarca in the preparation of cartography as technical support for the spatial representation of plans, programs and strategic projects of the Departmental Management Plan and of a Territorial Management Model - MOT, which integrates the occupation and management model planned for that territory. This POTD seeks that the municipalities work together and take into account those supramunicipal or subregional territorial dynamics that can be addressed, so that territorial programs that benefit various territories can be proposed and thus promote the development of the municipalities and the improvement in the quality of life of the population that inhabits them. For the elaboration of this cartography, a review and analysis of the technical documents related to the project was initially carried out, in order to know the general and specific panorama to be represented spatially and the territorial scales to be used. Subsequently, the strategies, guidelines and programs present in the Draft Ordinance through which the POTD is to be adopted were identified one by one for their proper cartographic representation. Once the political scenario was clear, the process of search, compilation and creation of geographic information to represent the whole project was started. For this purpose, the data available at the Planning Secretariat was checked and verified, finding information that would be useful for the design and construction of the maps. However, due to the fact that this Ordinance Project is new, it includes innovation scenarios that must be spatialized, so new spatial information is created in order to support the POTD guidelines through cartographic products.
