Resumen
This research is framed in the understanding of the modes of subjectivation of young people in conflict with criminal law, through the sanction carried out in the modality of deprivation of liberty in the key of resocialization, which is currently part of the interests of the line of research in identities and subjectivities of the Master in Interdisciplinary Social Research of the Francisco José de Caldas District University. For the development of the research, the methodology is based on the principles and foundations of the qualitative paradigm through the use of biographical narratives as a methodological strategy, from an interpretive-hermeneutical approach. The research process is given mainly in the analysis of the biographical narratives of Luis, Andrés and Steven, three young people in conflict with the criminal law, referring to their modes of subjectivation through in-depth interviews. The collected narratives are subject to the organization, systematization and description strategies suggested by Quintero, (2018) in his Hermeneutical Narrative Research Proposal (PINH), which accounts for four moments; 1. Coding record, 2. Textual level of preconfiguration of the narrative plot, 3. Contextual and communicative level of the narrative plot and 4. Metatextual level of reconfiguration of the narrative plot. The results of the investigation are marked by the analysis of the narrative plot of the stories of Luis, Andrés and Steven. Taking into account the PINH, the analysis of the event of deprivation of liberty in a sanctioning environment is taken as a starting point, as it leads to intrigue, which allows the understanding of their modes of existence.
