Resumen
This book, the result of the research History of Specialization in Childhood, Culture and Development: discourses, knowledge and practices, recounts the historical process experienced by the actors during the seventeen years of existence of this postgraduate training program. From a historical-interpretive perspective, it investigates the trajectory, the relationships between discourses and practices, the epistemological and methodological approaches that have influenced the training of professionals for the care and education of children in Colombia, as well as for the transformation of the imaginary meanings about childhood; In this way, it contributes to the construction and consolidation of the institutional memory of the University. This process of historical reconstruction is made up of stories that account for the multiplicity of textualities, which present the findings, contributions and impact of the program, as well as the processes of appropriation and internalization by the students and teachers who have shared this university pedagogy process.
