Abstract

Actually, information and communication technologies (ICTs) have taken on an important role in social development, becoming a necessary tool for rapprochement within educational institutions through a pertinent use that facilitates institutional work and that not only improves assertive communication processes but also, in turn efficiently supports the administrative and managerial management of the educational institution, maximizing the use of resources, minimizing the need to carry out reprocesses that directly affect the mitigation of administrative wear and labor overload, contributing in the same way significant elements to the environmental management program, from the immersion of the educational institution in the technological era.
