Apropiación social y gestión documental en los grupos y semilleros de investigación de la Facultad Tecnológica en las carreras de Tecnología en Industrial y Sistematización de Datos en la U.D.F.J.C.

Abstract

This article presents the strategies and tools used by research groups and hotbeds assigned to the technology programs in industrial production management and data systematization, academic programs of the Francisco José de Caldas District University - Faculty of Technology. The methodology for finding the information was based on semi-structured interviews, retrieval of information on web platforms and subsequent analysis of the documentary management carried out by the groups of these two curricular projects. The results show the current management of the information and the importance of implementing a document management model in the groups, thus generating the idea or need to organize the research production in virtual storage platforms, as well as improving the visibility of the products that performs the research field of the District University.
