Resumen
Parables to a Promised Land is a project that seeks to think and explore the territory of the cities in the light of the experience of the word. This idea was born and was forged in the locality of Rafael Uribe Uribe, especially in the relationship between the Neighborhood Quiroga, the manger and its surroundings, addressed from the notion of the foundational myth that constructs the imaginary about the space; the words addressed to the experience of the inhabitants; the words as divine power. It is a collaborative research, subjective, not scientific, which starts with a historical research on the Neighborhood Quiroga as one of the first urban working class housing units in Bogotá and the manger as the great movement of invasion subsequent to this urbanization. This project aims to investigate the human experience in the territory by proposing an open map made of words, you are looking for affection and encounters on a place that I have traveled all my life and on which stared with intent to challenge my neighbors and the community that inhabits.
