Resumen
The image contains news about abuse committed by some students. In response to a previous note, the Rector indicates that he was not aware of such fact until he received the note from the Secretary of Public Instruction. In addition, he mentions that instructions have been given to the Director of Public Works to install iron bars on the windows through which access to another building or the neighboring house is possible. Finally, he warns that students who commit such abuse will be expelled.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un abuso cometido por algunos alumnos. En respuesta a una nota previa, el Rector indica que no tenía conocimiento de tal hecho hasta que recibió la nota del Secretario de Instrucción Pública. Además, menciona que se han dado instrucciones al Director de Obras Públicas para instalar rejas de hierro en las ventanas por donde es posible el paso a otro edificio o la casa vecina. Finalmente, advierte que los alumnos que cometan tal abuso serán expulsados.
