Apoyo técnico en la revisión y análisis de riesgo para la elaboración de planes de emergencia y contingencia de empresas clientes de aliados en tecnología y calidad S.A.S. en Bogotá

Abstract

As students of catastral engineering and geodesy students Cristian Camilo Arcila Chiquizá and Julián David Plazas carried out technical support activities for review and risk analysis for the preparation of contingency and contingency plans for client companies of allies in Technology and Quality S.A.S. in Bogota. The beginning of the internship begins with a small training on the importance of safety and health at work, and what activities they are linked to the cadastral engineer for the analysis of these. The interference of our training was determined with the top management for the support in the generations of emergency prevention plans. Subsequently, the activities to be developed based on infrastructure inspections, taking into account the property information of each of the client companies that are located in the locality of Suba, Usaquén and Engativá. Consecutively, some inspections were generated to other companies that were not part of the subject of the internship, in order to identify factors and train to the company's personnel how the necessary information for the analysis is extracted. Next, information is extracted to generate the cartographic bases in order to generate maps of risk analysis in seismic factors, mass removal, precipitation, rains torrential and finally points of insecurity. With this information are generated the cartographic maps, as well as vital information is generated to load in the visual support structured. Finally, the structure of the structured visual support is generated, leaving initially basic aspects for the final generation of a highly useful product for the company.
