Elaboración de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la extrusora de láminas de la planta de Geosistemas de la empresa Pavco Wavin

Abstract

Sheets for welding and forming Geoceldas are used in the area of road construction; in Colombia there are few active companies that offer this type of product, in Pavco Wavin, more specifically at the Geosystems plant an exclusive line was installed that contributes to the development of the Geocelda. Therefore, there is a need to carry out a procedure that formalizes the productive management and administration in its main branches; this project will focus on using one of the methodologies of reliability-based maintenance management (RCM) and its tools, to generate a maintenance plan that can ensure a reduction of risks that may incur problems of costs, management, revenue, sustainability and even productivity; and also serve as a basis for starting a respective traceability of the events that pass to the asset. In connection with the above, an implementation plan for the application of the RCM will be agreed upon, together with the guide to Standard SAEJA1012. Start by making a diagnosis of the operation of the machine, then establish an operational context that explains what is the complete environment in which the line will work, description of it, stipulating product to be manufactured and sub-products if they have, working parameters for production such as temperatures, pressure values, line speeds , production time, number of units, OEE, OEU and others; then the functions of the asset and its functional failures are defined, to then carry out a study of of analysis AMFE (Analysis of failure mode and effect) and answer the 7 questions of the RCM. With the data obtained, a decision diagram will be established where actions to avoid and solve problems are dictated, all written in an instructive format or journal (preventive maintenance plan) that can be used by the plant maintainers and to provide a preventive solution that corrects each possible predicted case; and finally, the information will be digitized and the maintenance plan will be created and programmed in the SAP application, which is used by the company Pavco Wavin
