Abstract

Currently only 21.5% of the national territory has updated cadastral information, in addition to the fact that 28.4% does not even have cadastral information, which leads to legal, economic and social problems in the country, not only in the territorial entities without information but also also in those where there is adjoining between these that generate border conflicts where the most affected will be the owners of the properties intercepted in these border lines. As a consequence of the problem of the absence of cadastral information in the majority of the national territory, it was necessary to include in the territorial ordering plans the actions of the multipurpose cadastre that locate the entire context of each one of the real estate, lots, land or houses. of public or private domain in a systematized inventory that has the ease of acquiring legal or economic information on a specific asset.
