This report is the result of an internship carried out at INDUSTRIAS CHEF MASTERS SAS, a company that offers high-performance equipment and in general for the gastronomic industry, making its products known throughout the country, trying to increase the quality of these, demonstrate its ability to provide products that meet the requirements and needs of the client in order to make the company competitive in the market, all this through the methodological design for the implementation of a quality system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard complying with all the requirements given by said standard. Thus, through this work, who is a set of data and information obtained by an investigation that will allow the organization to have different documents according to the information obtained, key elements of investigation, among which the analysis should be highlighted. and the description of processes, the direct and indirect observation of the jobs, as well as personal interviews, will result in a document to which it contributes directly to the fulfillment and assurance of quality requirements to generate greater customer satisfaction.
