Introducción de BIM en la interventoría del consorcio Casa de la Cultura 2019

Abstract

Carrying out the responsibilities and obligations that are deployed in the auditing area require a high degree of commitment and transparency for those who develop and adopt the role of this, ideally, that their exercise is carried out objectively and satisfactorily with the specifications and agreements established in the project to intervene. In this case, the 2019 House of Culture Audit Consortium is awarded the technical, administrative, financial and legal supervision of the public works contract whose purpose is the construction of the House of Culture of the municipality of Nimaima Cundinamarca. Based on this, through active participation as an intern, the opportunity to develop personally and professionally in the field of civil construction learning is provided, accepting new challenges and knowledge collected and reflected in this work. Through the assignment of review tasks and verification of detailed information from the existing design plans in comparison with what was built and evidenced in the progress registered in the work, in order to structure and elaborate the 3D modeling of the construction with the purpose of use of material and data collected in plans, photographs and project specifications, which in turn automatically allowed the generation of work quantification information as modeled. The foregoing, as a reason to introduce the Nimaima culture house project in the use of tools implemented in construction information modeling (BIM). Taking into account the importance that the application of this methodology demands today in projects in the construction area, that with the passage of time its implementation has become a mandatory requirement in any type of work, as a key sign of progress. quality of work it is necessary to review it, investigate it and encourage knowledge of it.
