Resumen
This report aims to address, analyze and evaluate the factor 8 organization, administration and management focused on characteristics 33 and 35, in order to support the program's high quality re-accreditation process. For this, teachers, administrators and students were appraised, in addition to obtaining first-hand information and the information systems available to the university through the different methodological instruments implemented, a review of the improvement plans for the career, its articulation and fulfillment of objectives in the development plan of the university with the issues related to the organization administration and management of the program. In characteristic 33, it is possible to identify the organizational structure with which the fines for teaching, research, innovation and the extension of the program correspond, as well as training, dedication and commitment by the administrative staff of the curriculum project, realizing that they are suitable, competent and prepared for such work. Regarding what corresponds to characteristic 35, the guidelines and policies that guide the administration, organization and management of the program are identified, showing the processes and procedures that specify the form of operation in the different instances of the curriculum project, being of greater hierarchical order at the institutional level the strategic development plan (CSU Agreement No. 009 of May 17, 2018), and for the project, the educational plan of the PEP 2017 program As main results were obtained, a positive appreciation by teachers, students and administrators to the work performed by the direction of the program, an advance of 65% in compliance with the goals of improvement plans, need for innovation management model of the university, a proposal for improvement focused on optimization in the decision-making processes of the program is also described and it is concluded that the qualification obtained from the factor contributes to obtaining the qualified record.
