Apoyo en la elaboración de los mecanismos de seguimiento y evaluación a las medidas de administración establecidas en los POMCA Alto Suárez, Seco y Otros Directos al Magdalena y Garagoa

Abstract

With the purpose of increasing the actions that lead to the fulfillment of the sustainable development objectives proposed in 2015 by the United Nations Organization (ONU) and that are part of the mission of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), it is developed a Methodology that includes a control panel, which describes all the necessary instruments and the stages that allow compliance with the monitoring and evaluation of the Administration Measures of the POMCA Alto Suárez, Seco and Garagoa, the instruments that are developed were: the general information matrix, the matrix of the relationship between the administration measure with the programmatic component and other instruments, the matrix of thematic axes, the matrix of managers and roles, the report formats, the traceability matrix, the progress and compliance matrix, the follow-up matrix and the graphic outputs, along with other extra activities that allow compliance with the development of the internship.
