Diagnóstico sobre la gestión de reservas de contingencia utilizado por empresas de construcción en proyectos de vivienda en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This degree work is a literature review and focuses on the risk management of construction projects through the implementation of contingency reserves. In the development of the work, it is intended through an exhaustive review of the available literature, to generate a contribution to knowledge by issuing a document that reinforces the scarce bibliography in the country regarding the subject under study, generating value to one of the concepts and terms that generate greater confusion within the existing dynamics of the systems used in the management of time and resources in construction projects. Additionally, a case study is presented that allows to identify a little the current state of knowledge regarding risk management through the use of contingency reserves in the real practice of the different companies dedicated to housing construction projects specifically, in the city of Bogota, Colombia.
