Resumen
The image contains news about the agreement that establishes an Administrative Council. The Municipality of Bogotá has decided to create an administrative body in charge of managing various aspects related to the administration of the District. It is established that the Council will meet in an ordinary weekly manner and in an extraordinary manner when requested by the Municipal Chief or any other member. The Municipal Trustee will act as Vice President of the Council and will preside over the sessions in the absence of the Municipal Chief. Council decisions will be made by majority vote, and in the event of a tie, the proposal under discussion will be rejected. The functions of the Council include keeping an inventory of the District's property, investigating the ownership of abandoned property, issuing banknotes or exchanging them, examining the accounts of the Municipal Chief and the Council of Primary Education, and ensuring that the agreements of the Municipal Corporation are fulfilled. Detailed procedures are established for the sale or lease of District assets, including the evaluation of the assets, the publication of auctions and the formalization of the corresponding contracts. In addition, the "Auction Board" is abolished and it is established that once the agreement is sanctioned, the Administrative Council will be installed and the Municipal Corporation will be notified.
