Las estrategias de formación desarrolladas para el programa de soporte social traen consigo deficiencias en la accesibilidad por parte de los enfermos crónico (EC) como del cuidador de CASSA-UDEC (Centro de Atención Social en Salud de la Universidad de Cundinamarca), que no cuentan con tiempo para desplazarse, obstaculizando su vinculación. Para tal fin se desarrolló una plataforma de teleasistencia domiciliaria (PTD) mejorando la cobertura, calidad, accesibilidad y formación a los cuidadores y EC de CASSA-UDEC. El diseño de la plataforma brinda una interfaz de contenidos dinámicos, modulares y de fácil uso al usuario con base en constructos gerontológicos identificados. Gracias a los beneficios de la virtualidad, la plataforma facilita el autoaprendizaje de sus usuarios y da soporte a las actividades desarrolladas en el programa de soporte social, ampliando su cobertura y accesibilidad.
The training strategies developed for the social support program bring deficits in accessibility to the chronic ill patients (EC) and the CASSA-UDEC’s caretaker (CASSA-UDEC: Centre for Social Health Care at Universidad de Cundinamarca) they do not have time to commute, hindering their legal relationship established by the contract. For this reason, a remote care platform (PTD) was developed to support users at CASSA-UDEC improving aspects related to coverage, cost, quality, access and appropriation of information from caregivers and chronic ill patients. The design was based on gerontological constructs identifying features such as modularity, object size, usability, ergonomics, and some others, providing a friendly platform for the user with dynamic, modular and high usability content. The Platform provides a space for interaction and aid, which works as a dynamic entity in the job done by CASSA-UDEC giving support in the development of activities, expanding its coverage, access; all thanks to the benefits offered in a virtual mode.
