The image contains a news item about Ordinance 33 issued by the Provincial Legislature of Bogota in which an additional judge is established for the dispatch of civil business, under the denomination of Third Court, which will have the same staff and the same salaries as the subordinate judges of the existing Courts in the same circuit and who will begin to exercise their functions immediately after their appointment. Additionally, the supremacy of the Commercial Court is mentioned and it is indicated that the pending cases will be delegated to the third Court which gives origin to the present Ordinance.

La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de La Ordenanza 33 dictada por la Legislatura provincial de Bogotá en el que se establece un juez más para el despacho de los negocios civiles, bajo la denominación de Juzgado tercero, este tendrá el mismo personal y los mismos sueldos que tienen los jueces subalternos de los Juzgados existentes en el mismo circuito y los que comenzarán a ejercer sus funciones inmediatamente después de su nombramiento. Adicional se menciona la supresión del Tribunal de comercio y se indica que las causas pendientes serán delegadas al Juzgado tercero quien da origen a la presente Ordenanza.
