Desarrollo De Un Prototipo De Software Para La Adaptación Del Marco De Trabajo Scrum En Coldinamic S.A.S

Abstract

The present research project describes the steps, the methodologies used, the theoretical approaches necessary for its conceptualization, and the planned planning exercise to obtain the expected result, consisting of the development of a software prototype, which allows adapting the structural organization of the company Coldinamic SAS to the Scrum development model, including general management modules for the Scrum framework and a module for software quality management based on the ISO / IEC 25000 series of standards that add additional value to the implementation of each of the company’s software projects. In the same way, it is sought to establish indicators on the execution of the project that allows feedback of the process, necessary in the context of the Colombian market of the software industry, looking for alternatives that allow to adapt the operative and administrative actions towards the optimization of its performance, in a favorable but highly competitive environment and ecosystem.
