Estudio de factibilidad para ampliar la cobertura de la Institución Inglés En El Colegio S.A.S. en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

The following work focuses on the application of theoretical concepts related to market research, demand projections, financial analysis, project formulation and evaluation, human talent management, on-site distribution and processing of statistical data, applied to the realization of a feasibility study for the English company at the SAS School, which is located in the education sector and is based on the teaching of English in the city of Bucaramanga. According to this, the company will be granted a set of results that will allow it to make a better decision regarding the opening of the market in Bogotá.

The study started with a market analysis in which the most relevant factors of supply and demand were characterized. Subsequently, information was collected from secondary sources for the completion of the technical study, the final result of which was the consolidation of the operation and distribution in the facilities, the determination of schedules, the number of students by level, number and profile of the faculty, the materials and support tools in teaching, the necessary areas and other organizational and legal aspects corresponding to their location.

At the end of the project, an economic evaluation of these was made and the general conclusions obtained from the study were presented based on the determinations made in each of its previous parts.
