dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de: Nota del Porcurador Jeneral de la Nacion al Ajente fiscal de Bogotá, sobre el derecho de las autoridades a dos palcos en el Teatro. El despojo que se ha tolerado, pudo verificarse en 1849, sin que el Gobierno se apereibiera ; pues enando lo supo el Presidente saliente en aquel año, ya no tuvo tiempo para ordenar lo conveniente, i luego el Gobierno que le sucedió, inapercibido tambien i ocupado en asuntos mas graves e importantes, pasó por alto aque despojo, ya porque ignorase la venta ilegal i atentatoria del palco en cuestion, o ya porque no se apercibiera del derecho indisputable que corresponde al Gobierno. dc.description.abstract	The image contains a story about: Note from the Attorney General of the Nation to the Attorney General of Bogotá, on the right of the authorities to two boxes in the Theater. The dispossession which has been tolerated may have taken place in 1849, without the government taking any action; for when the outgoing president learned of it in that year, he no longer had time to order the expediency, and then the government which succeeded him, unnoticed and engaged in more serious and important matters, ignored the dispossession, either because it was unaware of the illegal and attempted sale of the box in question, or because it was unaware of the indisputable right of the government.
