Abstract

The Composition and structure of a set of mammals in the basins of the rivers Tillavá and Planas, municipality of Puerto Gaitan, Meta, was made in agreement with the University Francisco José de Caldas and Cormacarena, with the objective of generating a characterization of terrestrial and flying mammals species in the two catchment in this municipality, like complement of to the development of a forest management plan. The work is divided into two phases, one phase field developed in the department of Meta and a subsequent phase of field developed in the laboratory of the research group of high mountains (BAM) biodiversity in the University District, where they performed the review activities secondary information; development of methodologies for a successful internship; Production reports and reports of pre-assembly of the rivers basin; Photographic records and metadata processing.
