Abstract

This Decree addresses the need for personnel for tax collection in three of the four neighborhoods of the capital. The Administrator is authorized to assign an employee the functions of collector in several neighborhoods. It is established that the accounts must be kept separate despite the meeting of offices. Each collector is responsible for the amounts he must collect. The difference between the minimum and maximum of the real estate tax commission must be paid to the collector who completes the collection.
