The image contains a news item authorizing the General Treasury Registry to carry out the Decree issued by the General Administrator of the Treasury on May 23, 1971. This Decree addresses the need for personnel for tax collection in three of the four neighborhoods of the capital. The Administrator is authorized to assign an employee the functions of collector in several neighborhoods. It is established that the accounts must be kept separate despite the meeting of offices. Each collector is responsible for the amounts he must collect. The difference between the minimum and maximum of the real estate tax commission must be paid to the collector who completes the collection. This payment has a defined limit in accounts after May 26, 1871. The regulations are published in Bogotá on June 16, 1871. News published in the State Registry on June 20, 1871
