Resumen
The objective of this project is the design, development and implementation of a hydroclimatic data geoviewer for the department of Bolivar, a tool based on geographic information systems (GIS) that integrates and visualizes geospatial information related to water resources and the effects of climate change in the region. This geoviewer provides an interactive platform that allows users to access updated data, perform queries, visualize thematic maps, and download datasets in a simple and efficient manner. The geoviewer has been developed based on ESRI technologies, using ArcGIS Online and Web AppBuilder for its implementation. The system's functionalities allow the visualization of relevant hydroclimatic information, including variables such as precipitation, temperatures and water resources, in addition to facilitating the consultation and analysis of data in an accessible and intuitive environment. The system has also been designed with a scalable architecture, allowing for future expansion and integration of new functionalities and tools for a more detailed analysis of the effects of climate change. The project responds to the growing need for technological tools to support water resources management, especially in the context of climate variability, and to contribute to informed decision making by government institutions, local organizations and other key stakeholders. In addition, the platform has been conceived to be accessible to the public, promoting transparency and access to reliable information.
