Abstract

The internship type project focused on the entire development process for the construction of a system that generates great value to the human management area within the company Gr Chía. The system aimed to show different key indicators for this area in each of its farms associated with this organization, such as the performance of a farm with respect to its reception of stems, absence rates and overtime grouped by its different categories (Protection Maternity leave, unexcused absences, night overtime, etc.), as well as the impact of these on the production of flowers. The indicators have different types of visualization since the final product was focused to the managers of each one of the farms in order to be able to look at the performance of this one in an agile, simple and concise way, that is why different control boards were developed Allow a detailed analysis and others in a more general way. For the construction of the various functionalities it was necessary to have all the basic information that would be used for each one of the calculations, that is why an exhaustive analysis had to be carried out to determine the key data and where to find them, from this starting point The integration of information, which with the help of tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) can perform this type of tasks through the construction of ETL's (Extract, Transform and Load) that allow in a flexible way to perform any type Of integration. In addition to this integration tool there was a .net component called devexpress that allows you to develop very professional features in a short time and in a simple way, and another called fusion charts that focuses on building graphs based on xml or json.
