Informe de denuncio dado en el Porvenir

Abstract

The image contains a news item about the report of a denunciation given in El Porvenir due to the death of a woman, this process carried out under denunciation of the Mayor of Bogotá, in the report it is stated that a denunciation has been made about the scandal of having passed by the street of San Juan de Dios and having seen the corpse of a woman tied to some sticks, leaving it to the knowledge of the Executive Power. Additionally it is mentioned that information had been received about the suffering of a woman catalogued as crazy in the Tres Esquinas road, which happened without informing the Mayor, when approaching the area, this with the help of some women covered the body that was totally naked, for which the inspector Granados was ordered to send the indicated people to pick it up and take it to the hospital for its later recognition. Finally, it is mentioned that the corpse corresponds to Mrs. Francisca Herrera, who suffered from epilepsy attacks and was hospitalized in the hospital, but due to certain circumstances she was in the street where she was found.
