The image contains a news about the customs duties on thousand and liquors, this one is directed to the Governor of the Province of Bogota, and it is mentioned that according to what the Decree of US of June 10, 1843, in relation to the arrangement of the auction of the new right established on the honey, honeydew, anis and foreign liquors and as auctioneer of these branches it is put in knowledge of US to have designated for the collection of customs duties that is established. Therefore they will be defined from the first of September of 1843 to collect the corresponding to the loads of honey or honeydew in the points of Soacha, Tenasucá, Chircal, Arrayanes, Matina, Aserradero, Chinga, Bermeo, Susa and Simijaca. Finally it is mentioned that the collections that should be made in Facatativá on foreign effects will be verified in the customs office of San Victorino, as well as those that should be made there on the verification of the collection of liquors, and as for the customs office of San Diego this will be verified in the one that is introduced by the North.
