Prototipo de Aplicación Web para la Sistematización del Proceso de Asamblea General de Copropietarios en Propiedad Horizontal Mediante Servicios SOAP

Abstract

The general assemblies of co-owners of horizontal property, are a constant headache for the organizers and their participants, the tasks of planning and development of the same are a long process in which each opinion of the parties must be taken into account. co-owners as each one has a part in what concerns the decisions of what should be done in the property. To try to meet the needs generated in the assemblies, the creation of a web tool that allows to plan, execute and generate results for its presentation during the assemblies is proposed, delivering the results to the participants in real time. This document integrates in its beginning the background for the project's definition and planning, the problems and the theoretical and conceptual basis required for the completion of the first phase of the project. Followed by this, are the phases of requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing, which frame the three methodologies used and merged in the development of this project such as: RUP for the development of the software system and service-oriented architecture SOA
