Desarrollo de funciones administrativas y deportivas en las divisiones menores de fútbol del club profesional Llaneros

Abstract

As a student of the Sports Administration curricular project of the Francisco José De Caldas District University of Bogotá D.C and in compliance with the proposed degree option as an intern, which is one of the degree modalities to opt for the professional title of Sports Administrator , I have had the enormous opportunity to create a temporary agreement for interns on behalf of our University in its Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources FAMARENA and the Llaneros Professional Soccer Club of the city of Villavicencio Meta. This practice aimed to provide support to the processes carried out in the minor divisions of the Llaneros club, which is a unit of the organization that is responsible for recruiting, training and preparing athletes through the practice of grassroots soccer. from the initiation and training stage to the performance and improvement stage. This report details the support provided in functions such as: reception of documents, filing, typing and control of databases, inventory control, general reception, accompaniment in training and competition sessions, writing letters and supervision reports, among others. which were carried out following the guidelines of those in charge of each area and through the implementation of the knowledge acquired at the university. The project also seeks to leave a quality contribution to the Club through the approach and rethinking of methods and actions that help in the execution and control of strategic planning, in order to meet objectives and improve processes.
