Diseño y fabricación de una máquina para enrollar cinta de papel

Abstract

In the following document, a design of a precision reel is presented in order to facilitate the production of serpentine tapes for the piñateria marketing micro-companies since they do not have the necessary machinery to start producing these products; These machines are marketed in countries of great importance in the textile industry for this reason they are large machinery, great productive power, and of great cost that would generate great costs in the Colombian industry for import and maintenance concepts. Our research and idea is of vital importance for our national economy since it is a design thought by our micro-entrepreneurs in order to design a machine capable of winding specifically serpentine tapes necessary to be able to compete within the piñateria industry; Therefore this machine is designed with a very practical, simple, efficient and economical design that provides good operation and confidence for the merchant and that is an affordable machine both in price and maintenance and use for its good performance.
