Abstract

The booklet of resignification is a creative proposal that starts from the need to elaborate tools that allow the processes of psychological orientation to be given from more practical and active spaces for each consultant and become facilitators for each of the `individual processes work with them. The proposal arises from concepts based on psychogenealogy and starts from the narrated life history of the consultant seeking to identify the causes for which the projects and goals set by the person failed to occur or were not materialized, leaving open processes and cycles generating frustration and resignation throughout his life, for which the exercises that allow to redefine lived experiences are presented, allowing learning and conscious decision-making.
