Abstract

The following document provides a detailed overview of the development and implementation process of an automated survey management system hosted within a microservices container for the Coordination of Data Systematization Technology and Telematics Engineering through propaedeutic cycles. This document covers the critical stages of planning, design, development, and implementation necessary to achieve the primary objective. In line with this goal, a comprehensive solution has been proposed, capitalizing on the knowledge acquired throughout the academic journey, encompassing areas such as software development, databases, cryptography, security, and data analysis. The fundamental purpose of this solution is to enable users to efficiently and easily create, manage, and analyze surveys through an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Concurrently, efforts have been made to ensure a transparent implementation of the software, granting administrators the necessary control to determine who can utilize it, how information is collected and processed, and how data analysis is conducted. Ultimately, this thesis project focuses on the creation and development of an automated survey management system, adopting a microservices architecture to achieve greater flexibility and scalability in the system, benefiting both users and the university as a whole.
