KALOTTOX is a company dedicated to the design, production and distribution of clothing for men, women and children. The first headquarters in Restrepo was the heart of all the initial processes. Over time, KALOTTOX has grown and transformed, opening a new location in Bella Vista, where the manufacturing point was moved. However, the administrative and distribution point remains a vital part located in the Restrepo, with expanded facilities to meet the growing demands of the market. Currently, some of the company's machines have unexpected stops in production and some customers have demonstrated their dissatisfaction with the delay in their deliveries. For this, a study will be carried out to identify the root cause of the problem through an initial analysis in which the variables found looking for the critical points to prioritize their intervention, subsequently a maintenance plan will be developed for the equipment and machines involved in the process and finally the cost-benefit relationship will be determined to know how viable it is to implement this plan on a production line. clothing. The study is projected to last three months, with shifts of 8 hours a day, three days a week, with support from the plant manager and the operator in charge of the production line.
