Abstract

This project describes the work carried out as part of an internship for the company Tecnimaquinados S.A.S. During this period, I contributed to solving significant technological problems, such as the renewal of the website, making it more modern and interactive, which improved the company's online presence. Additionally, I implemented a digital learning tool for staff training, enhancing their technological skills. I also developed a comprehensive analysis of the hardware and software infrastructure, identifying weaknesses and proposing security improvements. As a result, a document with recommendations and a preventive maintenance schedule was created to ensure optimal technological performance. These actions not only prevented interruptions and data loss but also ensured compliance with regulations, improving the stability of technological processes and preparing the company for future challenges.
